Supporti's about progress, not perfection. We want you to give your daily actions (and your buddies) an honest try. One week is long enough to learn, but short enough so that you don't feel stuck.
So if your goal or your buddy isn't a perfect match, you can change them up the next time around. Every 7 days, you get the opportunity to reflect and recommit to your goals, often with a new buddy.
Found a favorite buddy? You and your partner can both opt-in to being matched together again in the future.
